Our Story

Lasha founded CreaTour in the United Kingdom in 2019, bringing together two decades of entrepreneurial experience with a lifelong conviction that cultural travel could be something far more intellectually serious than the industry had made it. His academic background is in Georgian philology — the study of language, literature, and cultural history — earned at Tbilisi State University. He subsequently completed an MBA in International Business at Bournemouth University. Between 2009 and 2019 he built and scaled InXpress Southampton from Franchise Manager to Managing Director, and since 2019 has owned InXpress Westminster and Southampton — a global shipping franchise operating as an authorized partner for DHL, TNT, and TOLL. That experience in building operational infrastructure, managing institutional relationships, and scaling service businesses informs everything about how CreaTour is built. Lasha oversees CreaTour's strategic vision, scholar relationships, and program thematic development.

Dr. Eireann Marshall serves as CreaTour's Alumni Tour Consultant, providing academic program design guidance, scholar briefing, and pre-departure educational content development for CreaTour's university alumni programs. Her role bridges the scholarly depth of CreaTour's program design and the expectations of university alumni audiences — ensuring every program reflects the intellectual rigor and narrative sophistication that distinguishes a genuinely academic travel experience from standard cultural tourism. Dr. Marshall holds a PhD from the University of Exeter with a focus on ethnic identity in the ancient world. She is a Research Associate and Associate Lecturer at The Open University, bilingual in English and Italian, and was raised in Italy's Veneto region — giving her both the academic credentials and the lived regional knowledge that inform her program contributions. She has been named a Top History and Culture Guide by Wanderlust Magazine and brings expertise spanning North African archaeology, classical women's history, and Roman civilization. In addition to her consultancy role, Dr. Marshall serves as the lead academic scholar for CreaTour's flagship Making of Rome program — personally guiding groups through Italy and leading the scholarly narrative across fourteen nights of immersive cultural exploration. Lee brings over two decades of operational leadership, business development, and client relationship experience to CreaTour's strategic growth agenda. Based in the United Kingdom, he leads CreaTour's strategic development efforts

Aaron leads CreaTour's U.S. university and cultural institution partnerships, managing all outreach, relationship development, and partner communications. He is the primary point of contact for all U.S. institutional partners throughout the partnership development and program delivery process.

Teona brings an academic depth to program design that is rare in the travel industry. She holds a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and a Bachelor's degree in Ethnology, both from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University — disciplines that train the eye to see not just what a place looks like but what it means, how it has changed, and what it carries forward.

Mariam serves as Project Manager at CreaTour, overseeing the operational infrastructure that makes every program run with seamless precision. She brings eight years of project management experience across international organizations, coordinating multi-stakeholder programs from conception through delivery.
